Vegetable Hakka Noodles recipe


  • 25gm packed noodles from nearest Asian store
  • 10 to 12 – French green beans
  • 1 large carrots
  • 1 spring onions
  • Bean sprouts
  • soya sauce 2 table spoon
  • vinegar 2 or 3 table spoon
  • salt as required
  • oil 8 table spoon
  • Tomato


  1. Wash vegetables with clean water. Then drain waters from water.
  2. Now take carrot and chop carrot. Also make cube size tomato pieces.
  3. Now in a pan take water and boil water. Then take noodles into the hot water and boil this noodle for 2 to 3 minutes. After that remove soaked noodles keep it aside and give some time to be cool.
  4. When the boiled or soaked noodles become cool then drain the water from the pan. Now the noodles are ready to make Vegetable Hakka Noodles.
  5. Take a pan and heat oil to the pan add chopped onion, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, then cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and the again add carrots and green beans to the mixture and cook it again for few minutes .
  6. Now the masala is ready so add soaked noodles to the mixture and stir with a spoon to mix masala with noodles. Cook this recipe again for another five minutes.
  7. Now your Vegetable Hakka Noodles is ready to serve. We don’t have added lemon juice but you can add lemon juice instead of vinegar to add different taste. You may also add other vegetables such as potatoes to this recipe to add more taste. If you want to add potatoes then sliced potatoes into cube size and boiled those then add it to the Vegetable Hakka Noodles.
  8. Normally this Vegetable Hakka Noodles recipe served with tomato soup but you can also serve this recipe with chutney.
